Power Window System Inspection

  1. Visually inspect the components of the power windows system.
    VISUAL INSPECTION

    Mechanical Electrical
    Window Alignment Blown Fuse: 30 A POWER WINDOW
    Window Mounting (Regulator And Bracket) Damage To Wiring Harness
    Window Frame Interference Loose Or Corroded Connections
    Noise While Operating Defective Motor
  2. With the key in the RUN position, operate all the power window switches and listen to the motor for any mechanical concerns.
  3. With the key in the RUN position, operate all the power window switches and verify the condition. Follow trouble shooting procedure for particular power window problem.
