Relay Output Check
NOTE:
Enter this test only when directed here from WIGGLE TEST under QUICK TESTS.

1) Turn ignition off. Install BOB, leaving PCM connected. Turn ignition on. Ground appropriate test pin at BOB. Listen for clicking from suspect relay. If relay does not click, go to next step. If relay clicks, ROC is okay. If sent here from QUICK TEST, return to WIGGLE TESTS; otherwise temporarily substitute known good PCM and retest.
2) Turn ignition off. Inspect for shorts or grounds in wire between appropriate relay connector and BOB test pin. Repair wire as necessary. If no problems are found, go to next step.
3) Turn ignition off. Disconnect suspect relay. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage at power terminal of relay connector. If voltage is more than 10 volts, replace relay. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair power wire.
