Switch To Ground
NOTE:
Enter this test only when directed here from QUICK TESTS or another PINPOINT TEST.

1) Turn ignition off. Install BOB, leaving PCM connected. Measure voltage between BOB test pin for switch in question and ground. Exercise switch. With switch open, voltage should be greater than 10 volts. With switch closed, voltage should be zero. If switch output is not as specified, go to next step. If switch output is as specified, switch is okay.
2) Unplug PCM connectors. Unplug switch in question. Inspect wire between switch and BOB for shorts or open circuits. If wire is okay, go to next step. Repair wire as necessary.
3) Inspect for open circuit in wire between switch in question and ground. Repair wire as necessary. If wire is okay, replace switch.
