KOEO Self-Test

Ensure engine is warmed to normal operating temperature. If engine does not start (or stalls after starting), continue KOEO SELF-TEST. Turn ignition off. Wait 10 seconds. Ensure test equipment is properly attached. Turn ignition on (engine off). Record all KOEO Codes.

If a Code 55 (pass code) is retrieved, testing is complete. If a Code 55 is not retrieved, service KOEO codes. See TROUBLE CODE REFERENCE  under CIRCUIT TESTS. If PCM will not output codes, go to CIRCUIT TEST VPWR. If trouble codes are retrieved, service trouble codes in order retrieved.
