Clearing Codes (Without Scan Tool)

Turn ignition off for at least 3 seconds. Turn ignition on. Disconnect self-test harness connector. See Figure. Using a jumper wire, connect terminals No. 3 and 6 together. After 2 seconds or longer, disconnect jumper wire and reconnect self test harness connector. To return vehicle to normal mode, turn ignition off.
