High Oil Consumption

Ensure engine oil is at proper level. Check for proper oil dipstick application.
Check engine for external oil leaks.
Check PCV system. See TEST HG in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - VILLAGER article.
Visually inspect exhaust for blue smoke, indicating worn piston rings.
Check for engine oil contamination/dilution from fuel or coolant.
