Adjustable Pedals Indexing

Connect pedal motor harness connector. Operate switch until accelerator pedal is at top of travel. See STEP 1 in Fig 1. Connect drive cable to brake pedal assembly. See STEP 2 in Fig 1. Operate switch until brake pedal is at bottom of travel (index mark). See STEP 3 in Fig 1. Disconnect drive cable at brake pedal assembly. See STEP 4 in Fig 1. Operate switch until accelerator pedal is at bottom of travel (index mark). See STEP 5 in Fig 1. Connect drive cable to brake pedal assembly. See STEP 2 in Fig 1. Check pedal adjustment travel, pedals should move at least 2" (50 mm). See STEP 6 in Fig 1. If pedals move as specified, indexing is complete.
