Diagnostic Aids

Perform this test only when directed by QUICK TEST or SYMPTOM DIAGNOSIS. This test is intended to diagnose the following:

• Knock Sensor (KS).
• Harness circuit; KS.
• PCM.

Knock sensor resistance should be 500-620 ohms at 77°F (25°C).
