Perform this test when instructed during QUICK TEST or SYMPTOM DIAGNOSIS. This test is only intended to diagnose the following:

NOTE: Idle Speed Control (ISC) valve and Idle Air Control (IAC) valve are an integrated component.

Perform all PRELIMINARY INSPECTIONS before proceeding to testing.
