Inertia Switch Test
- Turn ignition switch to "RUN" position. Using a test light, check for battery voltage at both inertia switch wires. If light comes on at both wires, switch is okay. Go to IN-LINE FUSE TEST .
- If light does not come on at either wire, check for open circuit. If light comes on one wire, replace inertia switch and retest system. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 .
