The center of the Electronic Engine Control IV (EEC-IV) system is the Electronic Control Assembly (ECA), located under glove box. EEC-IV system controls air/fuel mixture, ignition, emission controls, A/C clutch and idle speed. The EEC-IV system has self-diagnostic capabilities.
