MEASURE
After all available resources are reviewed (Service Information Bulletins, Service Measures, TIS, DCS messages, Service Round Table, etc.) and the Shop Foreman / Master Technician has been consulted, then please submit a PuMA case indicating the details of the complaint. In addition, upon request a Diagnostic Driveability Questionnaire can be sent to your center via the PuMA System to provide an additional diagnostic tool.
NOTE:
Your diagnostic tester must have FASTA switched on in order to aid the Technical Hotline Specialist in their diagnosis. The vehicle information stored in the FASTA system is vital for additional early warning problem detection.
