The Body Shell: Doors: Notes
The doors fitted to MINI COOPER are of a conventional bolted on design. There are four nuts securing each door to its two hinges (two per hinge) with the addition of a spacer shim between the hinge and door.
Between the door and body is also the door brake. The door brake is fixed to the A post by a single bolt and by two bolts to the door.
