Description of the audio test CD

The audio test CD has been deliberately scratched. The drive can use these defined scratches to test itself and return a test result. The audio test CD can be used for the following complaints:

• Check of the drive
• Playback of the medium defective
• Permanent or sporadic misfiring during CD operation
• Medium cannot be read by the drive. It must be ensured that only the current audio test CD is used for the check.

The image is only an example. The version number (here: V 2.0) is increased with every new audio test CD (e.g. a higher version would be V 3.0).
