Throttle Opener Operating Speed
- Turn lights and accessories off, place transmission in Neutral. Run engine until normal operating temperature is reached. Electric cooling fan must be off (if equipped). Make sure that curb idle is within specifications. If necessary, reset idle speed to specifications.
- Turn A/C on. Adjust engine speed to specification with throttle opener adjusting screw. Turn A/C on and off several times to make sure throttle opener operates. See Figure .
