Idle Switch

The idle switch is mounted at tip of ISC servo. When throttle valve is closed, the switch is activated. When throttle valve is at any other position, the switch is deactivated. This information is used by the ECU for controlling fuel delivery time during deceleration. This switch is also used as an idle speed adjusting device.
