Power Window Timer

  1. Open the glove compartment and connect a voltmeter between terminal for ETACS and terminal for ground, or connect the multi-use tester to the diagnosis connector. See Fig 1 .

  2. Check to be sure that voltage should be output as follows, with the ignition key OFF, and door switch ON (door opened), when each switch is operated. If there is no output of a voltage pattern at all, or if the buzzer does not sound, check for a malfunction of that switch for damaged or disconnected wiring. Ignition Switch (ON/OFF, ACC/OFF) & Front door switch are to be tested. See Fig 2 and Fig 3 .
