Bench Testing: Brushes

Replace brushes if worn to limit. Limit is .15" (3.8 mm) on Diamante and .08" (2 mm) on all other models. See Fig 1 .

Brush can be removed by unsoldering brush lead wire.
When installing a new brush, push brush in to brush holder and solder lead wire. See Fig 2 .
