Eclipse, Eclipse Spyder & Galant
Remove the instrument panel side cover (driver's side). Disconnect the fuel pump relay (2). See Fig 1. Start the engine and let it run until it stops naturally. Turn the ignition off. Connect the fuel pump relay (2). Install the instrument panel side cover (driver's side).
