SERVICE INFORMATION

INCREASED SENSITIVITY FOR VEHICLES WITH PERMANENT DTCS - 2009-on Outlander V6, and all future models with PDTCs  . When diagnosing a vehicle with Permanent DTCs (PDTCs) with MUT-III, if you click on Increased Sensitivity under DTCs you will see a message that reads "This function is not supported by the ECU." Because of PDTCs, Increased Sensitivity was considered not necessary. However, the feature is still displayed as an active button on the MUT-III screen. PDTCs don't phase in to all models until 2012.
