Av Communication Line Check (Between Display Control Unit And Av Switch)

- CHECK AV SWITCH CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect display control unit connector and AV switch connector.
- Check continuity between display control unit and AV switch.CONTINUITY SPECIFICATION
Terminals Continuity Display control unit (+) AV switch (-) Connector Terminal (Wire color) Connector Terminal (Wire color) M95 28 (V) M98 6(V) Yes 30 (LG) 8(LG) - Check continuity between display control unit and ground.

OK or NG
- OK: GO TO 2.
- NG: Repair harness or connector.
- CHECK AV COMMUNICATION SIGNAL
- Connect display control unit connector and AV switch connector.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check signal between display control unit harness connector M95 terminal 28 (V) and 30 (LG) with CONSULT-II or oscilloscope.
- 28 (V), 30 (LG) - Ground: Refer to TERMINALS AND REFERENCE VALUE FOR DISPLAY CONTROL UNIT .
OK or NG
- OK: Replace AV switch. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION FOR AV SWITCH .
- NG: Replace display control unit. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF DISPLAY CONTROL UNIT .
