- Start engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature.
- Read idle speed in "DATA MONITOR" mode with CONSULT-II.
- M/T: 625 +/- 50 RPM
- 4-speed A/T: 700 +/- 50 RPM (in P or N position)
- 5-speed A/T: 675 +/- 50 RPM (in P or N position)
