DTC U2000, Invalid BFC Transmitted SPI Data

NOTE: DTC U2001 must be diagnosed before DTC U2000.
  1. If BFC diagnostic system check was performed, go to next step. If BFC diagnostic system check was not performed, go to BFC DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  .
  2. Diagnose and repair DTC U2001 through U2007. If repair is complete, go to step 5). If repair is not complete, go to next step.
  3. Using scan tool, check DTCs. If DTC U2000 is current and DTCs U2001-U2007 are not current, go to next step. If DTC U2000 is current and DTCs U2001-U2007 are also current, go to step 2).
  4. Replace BFC. See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION  . Go to next step.
  5. Clear DTCs. Perform BFC DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  .
