TCS Test

  1. This test opens both sets of Traction Control System (TCS) valves and runs pump motor for 25 seconds to apply fluid pressure to front wheel circuits. Perform test as follows.
  2. Raise vehicle on frame contact hoist so wheels to be tested are off ground. Turn ignition on. Using Tech 1, select F4: SPECIAL TESTS and then F4: TCS TEST. Command TCS test on by pressing up arrow on Tech 1. Pump motor should be running and applying pressure to front wheels. Try to spin front wheels. Wheels should not spin. Press EXIT key at any time to stop test.
