Instrument Cluster Indicator(S) Will Not Turn Off: Description

This test will determine if instrument cluster is reading information from a class 2 component, and if scan tool is able to turn instrument cluster indicators off or on (this does not apply to SIR, CHECK ENGINE or turn signal indicators).
