Test 3: All Windows Inoperative From Master Switch

  1. Disconnect master switch assembly 10-pin connector. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Using a test light connected to ground, backprobe master switch assembly connector terminal "F" (Brown wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Brown wire between master switch assembly and PWR WDO/SR (30-amp) circuit breaker. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  2. Leave ignition switch in RUN position. Connect a test light between master switch assembly connector terminals "F" (Brown wire) and "E" (Black or Black/White wire). If test light illuminates, replace master switch assembly. See WINDOW SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Black or Black/White wire between master switch assembly connector terminal "E" and ground connection G202.
