Enable Criteria
- Barometric pressure is greater than 74 kPa.
- Engine coolant temperature is 160-248°F (71-120°C).
- Intake air temperature is 5-167°F (-15 to 75°C).
- Engine operating in closed-loop.
- Engine has run for 6-8 minutes off idle in order to initiate test.
- Battery voltage is 11-18 volts.
Failure to meet the necessary requirements may produce inaccurate test results.
