- Barometric pressure is more than 10 psi (70 kPa).
- Engine coolant temperature is more than 176°F (80°C).
- Intake air temperature is less than 176°F (80°C).
- Battery voltage is 11-18 volts.
- Transmission state is steady.
- Vehicle speed is greater than 25 MPH.
