Installation Procedure

Important: 

• The face of the pulley hub must be flush with the end of the pump driveshaft.
• Do not use the arbor press to install the pulley.

1. Use the J 25033-C  in order to install the power steering pump pulley.
2. Install the power steering pump pulley to the power steering pump.
3. Install the accessary drive belt. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT in Engine Mechanical - 3.5 L.
4. Install the engine coolant recovery reservoir. Refer to SURGE TANK REPLACEMENT .
5. Install the accessary wiring junction block. Refer to UNDERHOOD ELECTRICAL CENTER OR JUNCTION BLOCK in Wiring Systems.
