Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the accessary drive belt. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT in Engine Mechanical - 3.5 L.
  2. Remove the engine coolant recovery reservoir. Refer to SURGE TANK REPLACEMENT in Engine Cooling.
  3. Remove the accessary wiring junction block. Refer to UNDERHOOD ELECTRICAL CENTER OR JUNCTION BLOCK in Wiring Systems.
  4. Use the J 37609-A  in order to remove the power steering pump pulley.
  5. Remove the power steering pulley from the power steering pump.
