Installation Procedure

  1. Install the child seat tether brackets to the slots in the rear shelf.
  2. Turn the child seat tether brackets 90 degrees to align the child seat tether bracket to rear shelf bolt holes.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the child seat tether bracket to rear shelf bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bracket to rear shelf bolts to 20 N.m(15 lb ft).

  4. Install the rear shelf trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR WINDOW SHELF in Interior Trim.
