Mechanical Instrument Cluster (Mic) Module

The MIC module may also be referred to as the Smart Cluster Control Module (SCCM). The instrument cluster includes a speedometer, odometer, tachometer (if equipped), fuel gauge, water temperature gauge, Daytime Running Lights (DRL) module (if equipped), Vacuum Fluorescent (VF) display, turn signal and high beam indicators, and a series of warning lights. MIC module controls courtesy lights, all instrument illumination and chime system. MIC module communicates with other modules via the Programmable Communication Interface (PCI) bus circuit.
