Vehicle Theft Security System Module

Vehicle Theft Security System (VTSS) module is integrated into Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) module. Also see REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY MODULE  . VTSS module monitors vehicle doors, hood, trunk, deck lid (trunk) key cylinder and ignition for unauthorized operation/entry. When alarm is triggered, the horn will sound, and interior and exterior lights will flash for 3 minutes. Exterior lights will continue to flash for 15 minutes. VTSS module will communicate with Sentry Key Immobilizer Module (SKIM), and other modules, via the Programmable Communication Interface (PCI) bus circuit to activate "engine kill" feature.
