Check for poor connection or open in Dark Blue wire between Body Control Module (BCM) Black, 6-pin connector C2 terminal "C" and instrument panel fuse block terminal B5 (RADIO fuse No. 17). If circuit and fuse is okay, replace body control module. See appropriate BODY CONTROL MODULE article.
