Code Enable Criteria

Conditions for running DTC:

• DTCs P0101, P0102, P0103, P0107, P0108, P0112, P0113, P0117, P0118, P0121, P0122, P0123, P0171, P0172, P0201, P0202, P0203, P0204, P0205, P0206, P0300, P0401, P0403, P0404, P0405, P0443, P1121, P1404 or P1441 is not set.
• Engine run time is greater than 2 minutes.
• Engine coolant temperature is greater than 158°F (70°C).
• Intake air temperature is greater than 0.4°F (-18°C).
• BARO is greater than 70 kPa.
• Ignition voltage is 9-18 volts.
• TP sensor is less than 1.5 percent.
• VSS is less than 3 MPH.
• Conditions are present for 5 seconds.

Conditions for setting DTC:

• Actual engine speed is 150 RPM greater than desired engine speed.
• The diagnostic must fail 4 consecutive tests per key cycle.
