Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) UPPER in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Disengage the retainers to the remote control door lock receiver from the I/P trim pad.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the door lock receiver (2).
  4. Remove the door lock receiver.
