Code Enable Criteria

Conditions for running DTC:

• DTCs P0101, P0102, P0103, P0107, P0108, P0117, P0118, P0121, P0122, P0123, P0125, P0336, P1114, P1115, P1121, P1122 or P1336 is not set.
• Engine speed is 1000-5000 RPM.
• Throttle angle is greater than 15 percent.
• Engine load is greater than 40 percent.
• Engine coolant temperature is greater than 153°F (60°C).
• Maximum spark retard is less than 15 degrees.
• System voltage is greater than 9 volts.
• Engine run time is greater than 30 seconds.

Conditions for setting DTC:

• PCM detects a malfunction in the integrated knock sensor diagnostic circuitry which will not allow proper diagnosis of the knock sensor circuit.
• Conditions exist for at least one second.
