Start up Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is less than 95°F (35°C).
Start up Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is less than 95°F (35°C).
Difference between IAT and ECT is less than 11°F (6°C).
Battery voltage is 9-18 volts.
