Cruise Control Module: Removal

- Remove the cruise control cable from the cruise control module. See CRUISE CONTROL CABLE (3.5L V6) or CRUISE CONTROL CABLE (4.0L V8) .
- Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from the cruise control module. See Figure.
- Remove the module bracket retaining fasteners (1, 3). See Figure.
- Remove the cruise control module and bracket assembly (2) from vehicle.
- Remove the module-to-bracket fasteners.
- Remove the module from the bracket.
