Engine speed is at least 525-5900 RPM.
Ignition voltage is 9-18 volts.
Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is 21-255°F (-7 and 125°C).
Fuel level is more than 10 percent.
TP sensor angle is steady within one percent.
ABS and traction control system are not active.
Transmission is not changing gears.
A/C clutch is not changing states.
PCM is not in fuel shut-off or decel fuel cut-off mode.
PCM is not receiving a rough road signal.
