Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the pressure line from the power steering pump.
  2. Remove the return hose from the power steering pump.
  3. Raise and support the vehicle.
  4. Remove the right side engine splash shield. Refer to SPLASH SHIELD REPLACEMENT -- ENGINE .
  5. Remove both lines from the retaining clip.
  6. Remove the return line from the cooling pipe.
