Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Prior to VIN 4S558922 (100mm Sender)) Fuel Tank Replacement (VIN 4S558922 and Later (130mm Sender)) .
    2. Fig 1: Identifying Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor

  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel tank vapor pressure sensor.
  3. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor (1) from the modular fuel sender.
