Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fuel tank assembly. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
  2. Remove the modular fuel pump and sender assembly from the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Sender Assembly Replacement .
    IMPORTANT: Do not pull or lever the fuel tank pressure sensor out from the connector end as damage may occur to the sensor body.

  3. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor (2) from the sender assembly cover (1).
