Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the generator bracket bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the generator bracket bolts in the sequence shown to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
Install the drive belt tensioner. Refer to Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement in Engine Mechanical-3.4L.
Install the generator. Refer to Generator Replacement (LA1) or Generator Replacement (LY7) .
