Removal Procedure

  1. Turn the ignition OFF.
    2. Fig 1: View Of Air Cleaner Upper Cover

  2. Remove the air cleaner upper cover. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.6L (LY7).
    3. Fig 2: Identifying Transmission Control Module

  3. Remove the transmission control module from the air cleaner.
  4. Disconnect the transmission control module electrical connectors from the transmission control module.
