Installation Procedure

  1. Apply sealant GM P/N 12345382 or equivalent to the pressure test hole plug.
    2. Fig 1: View Of Line Pressure Pipe Plug

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the pressure test hole plug (38).

    Tighten:  Tighten the pressure test hole plug (38) to 12 N.m (106 lb in).

  3. Install the throttle body air inlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls-3.4L.
