Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Identifying Air Cleaner Cover Clips

  1. Install the air intake duct to the MAF sensor.
  2. Install the air intake duct to the throttle body and the air cleaner cover to the air cleaner assembly.
  3. Latch the air cleaner cover clips (1).

  4. Reconnect the MAF sensor electrical connector (2).
  5. Reconnect the vent tube to the air intake duct.
  6. Install the IAT sensor.
    7. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  7. Tighten the 2 intake air duct clamps (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the intake air duct clamps to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
