Installation Procedure

Connect the electrical connector.
Install the receiver by positioning the inboard retainer to the I/P trim pad slot. Press the outboard retainers into the I/P trim pad openings.

Install the I/P upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Upper in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
If a new remote control door lock receiver is being installed, synchronize the transmitter. Refer to Transmitter Resynchronization .
If a new remote control door lock receiver is being installed, program the transmitter. Refer to Transmitter Programming .
