Installation Procedure

  1. Install the muffler to the hangers.
    2. Fig 1: Removing/Installing Muffler To/From The Hangers

  2. With the aid of an assistant, install the muffler to the hangers.
    3. Fig 2: Rear Catalytic Converter To Muffler

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the rear catalytic converter to muffler nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

  4. Lower the vehicle.
