Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Removing Shift Lock Control Solenoid

  1. Route the shift lock control solenoid through the opening in the front of the control assembly.
    2. Fig 2: Prying Solenoid Off Of Ball Sockets On Solenoid Plunger And Solenoid Body

  2. Attach the ball sockets to the control assembly body and the shift-lock control lever.

  3. Connect the electrical connector to the Shift Lock Control Solenoid.
  4. Install the automatic transaxle control assembly. Refer to Floor Shift Control Replacement .
